More than just a milling machine
Milling – Crushing – Mixing
From very large to small and compact – with our stone cutters and stone crushers crushing and mixing in stones without any problems. Without prior ripping or milling.
The soil quality is improved, and by crushing the stones and releasing minerals, the soil is also optimally prepared.

HEN STONE CUTTERS AND STONE CRUSHERS
The crushing process of HEN technology is designed to crush stone, asphalt and concrete residues, rootstocks and root outgrowths without much effort and by low wear of the equipment. For soil cultivation, stone working, reclamation, crushing and clearing work, our cultivation milling machines can be used excellently.
The surfaces are completely milled through with the HEN stone cutters, larger stones or roots as well as tree stumps are crushed in the process. The milling depth can be adjusted and can be up to 40 cm. Due to slowly rotating rotors and special round shank tools, coupled with the extremely robust gear drives running in an oil bath, HEN milling machines can transmit enormous power.
The result is very convincing and the soil can be planted and sown immediately. The use of stone cutters is especially useful in arable farming to improve the soil and subsequent work, e.g. with the seed drill, is carried out without damage because large stones no longer cause breakage on the machine. There is a suitable device for every tractor. However, it is important to make sure that both fit together.
THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PROCESSING WITH THE STONE CRUSHER
The forest mulching
Mulching optimally prepares the planting areas for the next planting period. At the same time, bushes/shrubs and rootstocks are removed.
The HEN mulchers serve more as recultivation mulchers than as forestry mulchers. When recultivating, the areas are deeply milled, and rootstocks and roots are also shredded. The area can be used again without any problems after the cultivation.
Among other things, the following work can be done with the forestry tiller:
- construction site clearance
- clearing
- creating firebreaks
- creation of back alleys
- abandoned area maintenance
- rootstock removal
The stone milling machine on the field
There are many advantages that a stone milling machine brings to the field:
- higher crop yields
- the available material remains in the field
- fast work guaranteed
- the field is ready for seeding after cultivation
- no more piles of stones at the edge of the field
- the soil is loosened
- the low rotor speed means that hardly any milling brine / soil compaction is produced
Some equipment from HEN AG

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are stone cutters and stone crushers used for?
Stone cutters and stone crushers come into question if you want to work areas that are provided with large stones, rocks and root and stump remains. The soil quality is improved, and by crushing the stones and releasing minerals, the soil is also optimally prepared.
Thus, stone cutters and stone crushers can excellently maschine a field.
Where are stone cutters, forestry cutters and stone crushers used?
There are many types of forestry cutters, stone cutters and stone crushers, but they must be adapted to the tractor and the corresponding application. The equipment has a very long service life but must be regularly maintained or checked depending on the application.
Areas of application can be:
- construction site clearing
- crushing of stones on arable land
- preparation for new plantings
- crushing of building rubble
- recultivation of Christmas, short rotation and fruit plantations
- road rehabilitation and maintenance
- road construction
- soil stabilization by milling in binders
- road maintenance
The following areas are excellent for cultivation milling:
- special crops such as vineyards or orchards
- agricultural arable land
- golf course construction
- landfills
- ski slopes
- gravel roads
- asphalt roads
- cycling and hiking trails
- and many more
The stone cutters and stone crushers make it possible to crush and mix in stones without any problems. This does not require any rock protrusions to be torn up or milled off beforehand. The HEN milling machines are perfectly suited for road rehabilitation. Producing an optimal gradation or grading curve is very important when milling in road construction. The result (material) after the milling process is decisive for optimal further processing.
Protect your own health with the stone cutter, forestry cutter and stone crusher?
In the past, the stones were often removed by hand or stone collectors. This is a physically high burden. The stones repeatedly cause damage to agricultural machinery.
Stones are easily crushed to a working depth of 40 cm thanks to the stone cutters and stone crushers. The stones are crushed and mixed with the soil in one work step, thus directly providing the plants with the required nutrients. The soil surface is leveled at the same time.
